Job Overview
Seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer II to take a proactive leadership role in driving technical manufacturing initiatives. This position requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and ownership of complex engineering tasks within a dynamic production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex manufacturing engineering projects with multiple interdependent elements
- Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Anticipate technical challenges and develop innovative solutions where standard practices may not exist
- Evaluate the impact of process changes across systems and ensure seamless integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations and business objectives
- Participate in peer reviews to validate engineering approaches and verification/validation activities
- Apply new methods, tools, and technologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related field)
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related discipline
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and process dynamics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and handle complex technical challenges
