Job Title: Hospice CNA – Bring Comfort to Patients at Home

Compensation: $19 – $25 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Benefits: Full Benefits Package for Eligible Employees

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Weekend Rotation Required

Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area – 21 County Service Area

About the Opportunity:
At Superior Hospice, we believe that care at the end of life should be as personal and meaningful as any other stage. We’re seeking Certified Nursing Assistants who are called to provide comfort, dignity, and presence in a patient’s final journey.

Your Role:

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
  
• Provide emotional support and companionship
  
• Administer medications and treatments as directed
  
• Monitor and report changes in condition
  
• Keep patient environments clean, safe, and peaceful
  
• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team
  

You’re a Strong Fit If You:

• Have a valid CNA certification in Minnesota
  
• Bring prior hospice, oncology, or palliative care experience
  
• Are compassionate, detail-oriented, and dependable
  
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
