We are looking for a dedicated Office Manager to oversee key administrative functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves managing memberships, handling communications, and supporting various office workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate membership records, including processing billings and payments.
• Draft and distribute correspondence related to memberships.
• Oversee social media accounts and update website content to ensure consistency and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to streamline processes and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Provide backup support for bookkeeping tasks, ensuring financial records are up-to-date.
• Monitor office inventory and coordinate the ordering of supplies as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in managing client relations and fostering positive interactions.
• Perform light bookkeeping duties, including tracking expenses and managing records.
The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000.

• Proven experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic financial tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in social media management and website content updates.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently when required.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping.
• Experience with office supply management and inventory tracking.
