YesAverage Number of Patients Per Day - ADMISSIONS: 10-12Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT: 15-18Will the Locum Physician Respond to In-House Codes?: For their assigned patientsAreas of Rounding: Inpatient UnitsWill the Locum be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers? NoDocumentation System/EMR: EPICFacility will reimburse the following costs: Flight Hotel Rental Car Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard RateRates to be submitted: Malpractice rates must be include in ratesOrientation RateHourly Holiday HourlyOvertimeHoliday overtimeConversion Fee: 25k **Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.**

Schedule Varied, 7AM-7PM and a night position 7PM-7AM (one week on one week off) 12-hour shifts
