Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and phone communication
- Fit and adjust prescription glasses, contact lenses, sunglasses, and specialty eyewear
- Schedule appointments and assist with practice management software
- Support sales efforts through fashion consultation and personalized recommendations
- Prepare lenses and dispense optical products
- Collaborate effectively with optometrists and sales team members
- Handle multitasking duties with attention to detail and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in optical services
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in optical measurements and lens dispensing
- Experience with appointment scheduling software and point of sale systems
- Good fashion sense to assist with eyewear selection
- Computer literacy and ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
