Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks (with option to extend) OR permanent placement option

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Shifts: Days

Pay: Excellent rate including hourly + housing & travel stipends (for travelers)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passionate speech therapy provider

  • Comfortable working in the SNF setting

  • Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

  • A team player with a positive attitude and a heart for patient care

Requirements:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

  • Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)

  • Current TB test/results

  • Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes

  • Educate patients and families on therapy goals and strategies

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
