Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Active Louisiana SLP licensure (required)
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with speech/language assessments and developing IEP goals
- Ability to serve diverse student populations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address a range of communication disorders
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, data, and required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and support the development of educational plans
- Work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize students’ success
- Adapt therapy techniques to a variety of learning levels, from elementary to high school
- Engage in professional development and stay informed about best practices in speech-language pathology
