Senior Technician – HVAC service technician with 5+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment. Great communication skills and customer service skills are required. Once trained to use our systems you will be on your own performing service calls as well as tune-ups when needed. This position will also occasionally change out equipment, install duct work etc. as needed. You will rotate on call weekends every 3rd or 4th week. We are not a 24/7 company so there are no calls in the middle of night.
This position will be assigned a company vehicle. A valid Texas drivers license and clean driving record is required. A full background check will be performed.
This is not a J.O.B..... we are looking for technicians that have a passion for this industry and take pride in your work. We are looking for someone that lives in our service area. We are located in Williamson County (Round Rock) and focus our business in this area (Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill, Georgetown). Pay will be based on experience.
We are a family owned business providing old school service. We like to fix it, but replace equipment when it just can't be fixed! Looking for technicians that want to help us grow with a drive to work. EPA certification is mandatory. Registered TDLR Technician a plus. Non-smoking environment at our office, in the company vehicles and at the customer’s home or business.
