As our Safety Manager, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and overseeing our safety programs. They will work closely with field crews, project managers, and leadership to create a proactive safety culture that aligns with company values and commitment to excellence on high-quality infrastructure projects.

10+ years of safety management experience in heavy civil construction or a related field.  Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and other industry safety regulations.  Proven experience conducting safety training and site inspections.  Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage crews at all levels.  Ability to analyze data, write reports, and implement improvements based on findings.  OSHA 30 or 500 Certification required; CHST or CSP certification a plus.  Willingness to be hands-on in the field and work directly with crews to ensure safety is embedded in our daily operations.
