Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to appropriate departments.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Monitor and order office supplies; manage inventory and vendor relations.
- Assist with project coordination and reporting.
- Support staff with documentation, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative or office experience preferred.
