We are seeking a Marketplace Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This role reports directly to the Marketplace Vice President and is responsible for driving growth, developing sales professionals, and building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and inspire a B2B outside sales team to exceed growth and revenue goals
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through tailored, consultative solutions
• Provide accurate forecasts and performance reports to executive leadership
• Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities
• Model effective prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline management
• Strengthen team capabilities through training, mentoring, and field coaching
• Maintain deep expertise across all Novatech offerings

Qualifications:
• Minimum two years of sales leadership experience and five years of B2B outside sales experience
• Proven ability to develop and motivate diverse sales teams
• Strong business acumen and a consultative sales approach
• Experience managing CRM-driven activities and KPIs
• Skilled communicator with exceptional coaching and relationship-building abilities
• Passion for technology and continuous learning
