What You’ll Do
- Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Provide expert knowledge of wireless products, plans, and promotions
- Assist customers in choosing the right solutions to fit their needs
- Drive sales goals through consultative selling and excellent customer service
- Process activations, upgrades, and billing transactions accurately
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
- Stay up to date on the latest wireless technology and offerings
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or retail experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience is a plus
