As a General laborer, you’ll play a key role in restoring structures by performing framing, trim, finishing, and general carpentry tasks. This position offers steady, full-time work with opportunities for growth in a respected restoration and construction environment.
Job Type: Full-time, permanent, in person
Pay: $20+/hour depending on experience
Tasks:
- Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform demolition, site prep, and cleanup during and after construction
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Measure, cut, or prepare materials under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE
- Support project setup, staging, and waste disposal
- Perform other general construction duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Schedule: 7AM - 5PM, Monday – Friday availability
