CASE Management Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Communications Specialist to support enterprise-level communications initiatives within a dynamic federal environment. This role plays a critical part in shaping workforce messaging, developing executive communications, and supporting the implementation of strategic plans. The ideal candidate combines strong writing and visual communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
Your Impactful Duties:
- Developing messages for potentially the entire NGA workforce.
- Crafting senior messages and talking points for various target audiences
- Supporting Implementation of component-level Strategic Plans
- Provide presentation support to Office leadership to include message intent, developing targeted/tailored graphical concept and designs
- Preparing and supporting the development of Town Halls including preparing answers to questions posed at the Town Halls.
- Use visual, written and verbal skills to create a wide range of products and corporate communication material.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in public relations or communication
- At least 12 months demonstrated experience updating web content and using electronic publishing applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop Illustrator or
Adobe Pro - At least 12 months demonstrated experience using APA style writing and editing
- At least 24 months demonstrated experience in communications strategy development
