About the Role:

Tyfone is looking for a relationship-driven professional to serve as the primary "bridge" between our company and our external ecosystem of third-party vendors and integrated providers.

You will be the face of Tyfone to our third-party collaborators, ensuring our relationships are healthy, active, and organized. You will report to the COO’s organization with a strong dotted line to the SVP of Sales to ensure our external relationships are helping drive company growth.


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Be the “Go-to” when our external partners call when they want to check in or share an update.

  • Coordinate Marketing Efforts, work with partners to schedule mutual webinars, joint email blasts, or social media shout-outs.

  • Track the Pipeline, keep a pulse on the leads coming in from (or going to) our third-party allies.

  • Be the Internal Liaison to our partners.Facilitate regular "sync" meetings with key third parties to share company updates and listen to theirs.

  • Focus on building a partner ecosystem by implementing the right people and process infrastructure to grow Tyfone’s business.

  • Manage the lifecycle of net new & existing partner relationships, nurture, train and accelerate them toward contracted relationships with shared revenue goals and responsibilities.

  • Orchestrate internal cross-functional activities in collaboration with product managers, sales, technical partner managers, and client success to ensure a successful partner launch.

  • Facilitate interviews with current partners and collect feedback on what is working in the partner program and what needs improvement. Use feedback to implement system and business framework changes that improve the partner ecosystem and enable better collaboration between organizations.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, or a relationship-based role.

  • Strong experience with CRM tools (tracking pipelines).

  • Excellent follow-up skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Proven experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in the technology or product industry.

  • Strong knowledge of the US market, with a network of contacts in relevant industries and a track record of successful partnership development.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify innovative partnership opportunities.

  • Analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-backed recommendations.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
