We are looking for motivated, creative and enthusiastic individuals who share our core values to join our team. We are seeking a full time receptionist.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be dependable and punctual.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
Greet and interact with customers in a patient friendly and professional manner.
Take messages and deliver messages promptly.
Recognize possible client concerns and alert management.
Correctly execute all office procedures.
Complete data entry functions accurately.
Interact positively with clients, technicians, parts associates, sales team, service manager and fellow cashiers.
Schedule service appointments for customers.
Look up Service history on vehicles.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment.
Previous automotive experience preferred / not required.
Ability to work your assigned scheduled shifts (which may vary)
Ability to successfully multi-task.
Present a self-motivated and enthusiastic presence.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
