Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What You’ll Bring:
- Current Indiana Special Education Teaching License
- Moderate-Severe endorsement required
- Passion for individualized instruction and student growth
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Experience working with students in special education settings is highly valued
Your Role Will Include:
- Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and challenges
- Adapting curriculum and instructional strategies to meet specific learning needs
- Collaborating with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
- Maintaining thorough and timely documentation on student progress and interventions
- Creating a safe, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and able to succeed
- Participating in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
Enjoy a work week of 30–35 hours, Monday through Friday, throughout the 26/27 school year.
