This role is critical in driving administrative excellence, optimizing workflow, and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and customers. Reliability is essential, as this position directly supports core operational functions and requires consistent, dependable performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily administrative functions to maintain operational continuity
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism
  • Oversee scheduling, data entry, and document management
  • Support leadership with reporting, task follow-up, and project coordination
  • Facilitate cross-department communication to streamline execution
  • Uphold a high standard of accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google workspace applications and standard business software
  • Prior office or administrative experience preferred
