Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily administrative functions to maintain operational continuity
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism
- Oversee scheduling, data entry, and document management
- Support leadership with reporting, task follow-up, and project coordination
- Facilitate cross-department communication to streamline execution
- Uphold a high standard of accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google workspace applications and standard business software
- Prior office or administrative experience preferred
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to meet attendance and workflow expectations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and slower pace environment with shifting priorities
