Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of our brand by visiting partners and establishing strong connections with key team members and leadership.
- Identify, research, and connect with potential new partners to generate interest and opportunities.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and partner sites, promoting collaboration and value creation.
- Work closely with internal teams to align partner strategies with company goals.
- Manage a portfolio of existing partners, maintain active communication, and uncover new opportunities to expand partnerships.
- Consistently deliver a high-quality experience for partners and serve as their primary point of contact.
Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing, outside sales, or business development.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Outstanding communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic thinker with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for relationship building.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Must have a clean Maryland drivers license and be comfortable with daily travel.
