Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of our brand by visiting partners and establishing strong connections with key team members and leadership.
  • Identify, research, and connect with potential new partners to generate interest and opportunities.
  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and partner sites, promoting collaboration and value creation.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align partner strategies with company goals.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing partners, maintain active communication, and uncover new opportunities to expand partnerships.
  • Consistently deliver a high-quality experience for partners and serve as their primary point of contact.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in marketing, outside sales, or business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Outstanding communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for relationship building.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Must have a clean Maryland drivers license and be comfortable with daily travel.
