Job DescriptionSalary: $60,000 - $75,000

Position Overview



Are you a self-starter with a passion for helping others? Join our restoration company as a Business Sales Representative, where you will consult with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency events. You will work closely with Emergency Response Agencies to implement effective property recovery initiatives and deliver extraordinary care to those in need.



Responsibilities

  • Respond to emergency property situations and all generated leads.
  • Educate consumers on products and services.
  • Build relationships and communicate our services effectively.
  • Monitor, generate, and interpret lead sources (emergency notification systems).
  • Provide emergency recovery kits and services to impacted property owners.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with local emergency response agencies and the community.
  • Participate in community events.
  • Build and maintain a database of customer information.
  • Manage data in our main operating systems, NextGear and Luxor.
  • Collaborate with SRM and SMB Corporate staff on business development initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Four plus years experience in any combination of the following areas: Restoration, Military, Fire Services, EMS, Police, Medical Responder, Dispatching of Emergency Responders, Construction, Insurance.
  • Two plus years experience in an outside sales role or customer service role.
  • Experience with industry software preferred.
  • Insurance sales experience preferred.
