Location: North Haledon, NJ
Shifts Available: 7–3, 3–11, 11–7 | All Shifts

Human Edge is expanding its per-diem LPN pool for a reputable skilled nursing and long-term care environment in North Haledon, NJ. This role is ideal for LPNs seeking flexible scheduling, supplemental income, and consistent agency support.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the supervision of an RN

• Administer medications and treatments per protocol

• Monitor and document resident status and report changes

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and daily nursing tasks

• Maintain compliance with care plans and facility policies

Must-Haves

• Active New Jersey LPN license

• Recent experience in LTC, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred

• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills

• Reliable and able to work independently

• Availability for per-diem assignments

Nice to Have

• Flexibility across multiple shifts

• Weekend availability

• Agency or float pool experience
