Customer Service & Sales Support Representative
We are looking to hire a dependable and self-sufficient Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will be driven, friendly, and able to work well with our team while helping us expand our sales and customer base.
Responsibilities:
· Make cold calls during the day to introduce our products and services
· Respond promptly to customer emails and phone calls
· Solicit new business and promote our products
· Create and post content on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
· Ship orders and create shipping labels for multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
· Learn and understand our product line, including how to properly package and protect parts when shipping through common carriers
· Assist with general office and customer service tasks
· Collaborate effectively with other employees
Requirements:
· Strong communication skills (phone and email)
· Bilingual: English and Spanish
· Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
· Comfortable with cold calling and customer outreach
· Basic social media content creation skills
· Ability to prepare shipments and generate labels for different carriers
· Willingness to learn parts, materials, and basic manufacturing concepts
· Friendly, professional attitude
· Motivated to grow with the company
