Diamond R Equipment is seeking highly driven and goal-oriented Sales Representatives to join
our dynamic team at our Freeburg and Higginsville locations. This role is designed for individuals
who are passionate about hitting aggressive sales quotas, engaging in continuous lead generation,
and driving revenue through digital and in-person channels.

Sales Representatives are expected to take full ownership of the sales process—from prospecting to
closing—and must be actively engaged throughout the workday. There is no room for downtime in this
role; reps are expected to continuously pursue new qualified leads, post and promote inventory
across online platforms, and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Achieve and exceed aggressive sales goals and quotas set by management on a weekly and monthly
basis.
• Proactively post and promote inventory across Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other online
sales and advertising platforms.
• Create and manage effective advertising content (photos, descriptions, pricing) to generate
leads and drive inbound inquiries.
• Respond quickly and professionally to all incoming leads and customer inquiries via phone, text,
email, and online platforms.
• Constantly seek new sales opportunities through cold calls, walk-ins, community engagement, and
digital marketing outreach.
• Maintain a full pipeline of leads and follow-up tasks using internal tracking tools or CRM
software.
• Actively walk the lot, engage with customers, and ensure all products are clean, well-
displayed, and ready for sale.
• Assist customers through the entire sales process, including product presentations, test drives,
financing discussions, and closing the sale.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to align on goals, strategies, and weekly performance
reviews.

Expectations
• No downtime: Sales reps are expected to remain actively always engaged—posting ads, prospecting
leads, making calls, or following up with previous contacts.
• Be highly self-motivated, energetic, and results focused.
• Be proactive, not reactive waiting for walk-in traffic is not acceptable as a primary sales
method.
• Maintain a visible, professional presence in-store and online as a representative of Diamond R
Equipment.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions with the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in sales (agriculture, equipment, automotive, or powersports
preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales goals in a competitive environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital marketing tools and platforms (especially Facebook Marketplace,
Craigslist, and dealership websites).
• Highly organized, coachable, and accountable for personal performance.
• Strong customer service mindset and the ability to build trust and close deals quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with equipment deliveries or test drives as
needed.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
• Familiarity with tractors, UTVs, lawn and garden equipment, or similar product lines.
• Experience with inventory management software or CRM systems.
• Knowledge of local farming or agricultural communities.
