We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Line Workers to support our tofu production operations across multiple departments, including cooking, packaging, and container handling. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment to ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met. Multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) are available.
Job Description:
- Assist in the tofu production process, including cooking, cutting, and preparing products
- Package tofu products according to company standards, including labeling and sealing
- Support container handling, organization, and movement of materials within the facility
- Monitor production lines to ensure quality control and report any issues or defects
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
- Perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift)
