Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
Join a supportive educational team in Raytown, MO as a full-time SLP through Sunbelt Staffing. Youll play a key role in improving students' communication abilities, fostering academic growth, and collaborating closely with school staff and families.Position Overview:

• Schedule: Full-time | 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success

• Provide direct therapy services and conduct assessments as needed

• Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines

• Support an inclusive learning environment that meets diverse communication needs

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active MO SLP license (or ability to obtain)

• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered with strong supervision available

• School-based experience is a plus but not required
