Location: Ft. Walton Beach, FL
Job Type: Full-Time (Permanent)

Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate:
  • Starting: $29.04/hr
  • Mid (10 years): $34.32/hr
  • Max (15+ years): $39.60/hr
• Sign-On Bonus:
  • $10,000 (Days)
  • $15,000 (Nights)
• Relocation Assistance: Available (Case-by-case basis)

Position Overview:

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Med Surg Neuro Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to adult patients in an acute care setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, autonomy, and effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and assess comprehensive patient data
• Analyze clinical information to determine diagnoses and care needs
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
• Advocate for patient safety and high-quality care delivery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Utilize resources efficiently, including time, supplies, and equipment
• Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatment plans
• Provide emotional support and continuous care throughout the patient stay

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience (Required)
• Active Florida RN License or Compact License (Required prior to start)
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
• BLS Certification (AHA Healthcare Provider) required prior to start
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification required within 30 days of hire
