Title: Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Duration: 12 months
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Shipping and Receiving, including daily mailroom operations.
- Create domestic and international shipping labels and prepare outgoing shipments for employees.
- Sort, file, and scan incoming mail and packages into the Envoy system.
- Conduct daily/weekly mail scans for departments handling time-sensitive materials such as Legal, Finance, and HR.
- Maintain accurate records of mailroom procedures and workflows.
- Monitor and stock inventory of printing room supplies.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries and requests via email, Slack, and ServiceNow tickets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional mailroom environment.
- Follow up with employees to ensure timely pickup of packages and mail.
- Ensure compliance with the client’s security protocols and mail handling procedures.
- Lead cleanup and organization projects in storage areas, including basement locations.
- Assist with resetting and reconfiguring conference rooms as needed.
- Provide support on additional workplace operations tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a shipping and receiving or mailroom operations role.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational and follow-through abilities.
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and initiative to make decisions independently.
- Proficient in MacBook, Google Suite, and Slack.
- Experience with Envoy and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is a plus.
- Ability to lift and maneuver at least 25 lbs.
- Required to be onsite 5 days a week, with an 8:00 AM start time.
