Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting with 1-2 years of experience and a WI PT license for 10-hour day shifts.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Outpatient facility environment with a 1:1 patient ratio
- 10-hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday
- Will float throughout facility within skillset and to all associated facilities as needed
- Primarily serves adult populations including total joint, stability, stroke, and geriatric patients
- Patient caseload is mostly outpatient and will see multiple patients per day
- EPIC charting experience strongly preferred
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- Holiday rotation coverage as needed
- Must be a hard worker, resilient, adaptable to change, and socially adept
- Holiday shifts may be required as part of the rotation
- Orientation week hours may differ from standard scheduled hours
- Work as part of a team in a flexible staffing model
- Candidates must be willing to float based on facility needs

- Current WI PT license and AHA BLS certification required (License required if applicable)
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required
- 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist required, new grads considered
- Strongly preferred to have previous travel experience
- Experience treating total joint, stability, stroke, geriatric, and diverse adult populations
- EPIC charting experience strongly preferred
- Cannot reside or work within 50 miles of the designated corporate center
