Position Summary:
This role requires a candidate with strong verbal and written communication abilities, effective interpersonal skills, and excellent time management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate keen analytical thinking, sound problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to apply specialized knowledge acquired through prior experience or formal training in payroll and human resources function for multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and support payroll processing and related procedures
- Assist with all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and terminations
- Conduct research and compile information as needed to support HR-related requests
- Create, manage, and distribute internal newsletters to communicate key company updates and information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
- Manage and update multiple HR Excel spreadsheets and tracking tools
- Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, emailing, and other document management
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in payroll and/or human resources preferred
- Prior experience in retail, wholesale, or industrial environments preferred
- Working knowledge of ADP payroll processing preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities

Compensation: $20-$22/ Hour, Depending on experience
