Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities: Administer prescribed radiation treatments autonomously, ensuring patient safety and treatment accuracy. Prepare patients, treatment rooms, and equipment, assisting the Radiation Oncologist during simulations and medical examinations. Perform equipment calibrations as required and rigorously observe radiation safety protocols. Document patient doses, maintain confidential patient histories, and report any treatment reactions. Manage scheduling, billing procedures, and other administrative duties accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience: Current NH MIRT license or willingness to complete the temporary licensure process, including fingerprinting. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in radiation therapy, including preparation for simulations and treatment administration. Training and skills to perform specialized procedures such as skin dye injections and administering contrast media are preferred.

Additional Information: This is a contract position. Applicants residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered. Compliance with all medical and occupational health requirements must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance. Orientation provided; overtime and holiday work compensated at a premium rate.
