What Youll Be Responsible For:
Build and Develop a Winning Team
Recruit, hire, and onboard high-potential sales talent. You know what a closer looks likeand how to spot one quickly.
Train and Coach for Performance
Work directly with your team in the field to improve:
- Closing ability
- Objection handling
- Communication and presentation skills
You dont just talk salesyou teach it.
Drive Sales Results
Own your teams performance. Set the standard, track the numbers, and make sure goals are consistently hit (and exceeded).
Lead from the Front
This is a player-coach role. Youll be expected to lead by example, step in when needed, and help close deals.
