Make a meaningful difference through relationships that matter. Interim HealthCare of Novi, MI is seeking a relationship-driven Account Executive to support the growth of our home health and hospice services throughout Novi and Oakland County.
This role is ideal for a healthcare sales professional who values trust, connection, and purpose. As an Account Executive, you’ll build strong referral relationships, serve as a knowledgeable resource to the community, and help ensure patients and families experience smooth transitions and compassionate care at home.
At Interim HealthCare of Novi, sales is consultative and relationship-focused. You’ll represent services that truly matter—helping referral partners feel confident in the care options they recommend and ensuring patients receive support that promotes dignity, comfort, and continuity.

As an Account Executive, Here’s the Big Picture Impact You’ll Make:
· Develop and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals, physician practices, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners
· Represent Interim HealthCare’s home health and hospice services with professionalism, empathy, and credibility
· Educate referral partners on care pathways that support independence, comfort, and continuity at home
· Execute outreach strategies that build awareness, trust, and engagement within the territory
· Track referral activity and market trends to inform strategy and improve results
· Partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to ensure appropriate patient placement and service excellence
A Few Must-Haves for Account Executives:
· Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience; healthcare, home health, hospice, or referral-based sales preferred
· Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory; reliable transportation required
· Understanding of the healthcare continuum and the importance of referral-based partnerships
· Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and lasting relationships
· Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working independently
· A service-oriented mindset paired with professional drive
