Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations of the Case Management Unit.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, procedures, and quality assurance systems.
  • Ensure department-wide compliance with funding source regulations and agency requirements.
  • Guide and support unit supervisors and Associate Managers, providing mentorship, coaching, and technical direction.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental and cross-unit collaboration.
  • Provide input on the development of training materials in collaboration with the Training and Development staff.
  • Responsible for the data collection and submission of program reports, participating in information and data gathering for audit, troubleshooting discrepancies, and guiding corrective actions.
  • Manage staffing levels and allocate resources effectively.
  • Lead planning, strategy development, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Handle complex personnel matters and performance issues.
  • Serve as an agency liaison with funders and partners on program issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and trends in program administration.
  • Participate in work groups, cultivate relationships with community partners.
  • Assist in developing agenda materials.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
