Description: Sjoberg Tool is looking for experienced Turret Punch Press Operators to join our first and second shift teams! Our operators work in our state-of-the-art facilities in Hartland, WI. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Independently perform daily set-up and operation of CNC controlled turret punch presses.
Read and interpret detailed drawings.
Utilize basic shop math and precision measuring equipment effectively.
Handle frequent and continuous light to moderate lifting, bending, and standing.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in turret punch press operation.
Ability to read and understand detailed drawings.
Proficiency in basic shop math and use of precision measuring equipment.
Knowledge of European tooling, experience with a variety of materials, programming, and familiarity with AMADA and Rainer Turret equipment is a plus.
