Compensation Range: $35-40/hr W2
Job Description:
The Project Manager (Packaging Graphics) will support strategic packaging graphics initiatives, including system implementations, testing, documentation, and business unit project support within a graphics management platform. This role provides additional project management support for strategic packaging graphics initiatives and system optimization efforts. The ideal candidate is experienced in packaging graphics workflows, comfortable working hands-on in WebCenter, and capable of balancing tactical execution with strategic coordination. Look for someone highly organized, proactive, and strong in cross-functional communication.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage components of strategic graphics and system-related initiatives.
- Support implementation, testing, documentation, and training preparation for graphics management software.
- Administer text field refresh projects and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Lead testing and documentation of new software modules, capturing risks and lessons learned.
- Provide hands-on management of packaging graphics projects, timelines, and deliverables.
- Troubleshoot graphics-related issues and escalate complex challenges as needed.
- Document project outcomes and support continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure milestones are met.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 7+ years of overall professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-media, creative agency, Client, healthcare, or packaging graphics roles.
- 3+ years of experience with Esko WebCenter or similar graphics project management systems.
- Experience leading large-scale project management initiatives (marketing, operations, IT, etc.).
- Strong ability to communicate project milestones and data across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience managing packaging graphics assets, including file upload, routing, and approvals.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
- PMP Certification.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution within graphics workflows.
- Experience with print production, packaging, and regulatory compliance.
