We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional account hauling no-touch freight. This position operates across the Eastern Mid-Atlantic region, with all routes originating from the Tar Heel, NC area.

Pay & Compensation

Weekly Earnings: $1,180 – $1,600 average weekly pay
Pay Structure: Competitive mileage pay plus detention pay for downtime
Incentives: Safe & On-Time Weekly Bonus Pay (Earn up to an additional 3% pay bump)
Classification: Full-time, W2 position with stable, year-round dedicated freight

Schedule & Home Time

Home Time: Home weekly for a reliable 34-hour rest reset
Shift Details: Steady, consistent schedule primarily working night shifts
Operating Area: Dedicated lanes throughout the Eastern Mid-Atlantic region, including North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Washington D.C.
Volume: Drivers average approximately 10 loads per week

Freight & Equipment

Freight Type: Dedicated account hauling 100% no-touch freight
Equipment: Top-of-the-line tractor-trailers equipped with automatic transmissions, pulling standard 53-foot trailers
Support: Full office staff and dedicated fleet maintenance team on-site at the terminal facility

Minimum Requirements

License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable solo Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience
Location: Must reside within 50 miles of Tar Heel, NC
Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements
