Practice Overview
- You'll join a community-based outpatient Pediatrics practice as a direct employee
- Support includes 2 Pediatric NPs plus experienced operational leadership
- Clinic pace averages about 3 patients/hour for a steady, manageable day
- EMR: AllScripts with AI scribe support to reduce after-hours charting
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling options, including 3- or 4-day workweeks
- Outpatient clinic-focused role with emphasis on work/life balance
- Call is 1:10 and phone-only, averaging 1-2 calls/day
- Built for consistency with room to tailor your weekly template
Compensation & Benefits
- 105/clinic hour for new grads; 115/clinic hour for experienced physicians
- Production bonus available, plus negotiable sign-on support
- 3 weeks PTO + 8 holidays, and CME: 3 days

- BE/BC in Pediatrics
- Open to new graduates and experienced pediatricians
- Comfortable in an outpatient clinic model with steady patient volume
