Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Are you a skilled Clinical Pharmacist looking for your next travel opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated inpatient pharmacist for an 8-week assignment in Lompoc, California. This role offers a fast-paced hospital environment, a supportive team, and the chance to put your clinical expertise to work while enjoying the flexibility of travel.

Assignment Details:

Start Date: ASAP
Term: 8 weeks (with potential for extension)
Shifts: 4x10s per week
- Two days: 6:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Two days: 8:30 AM 7:00 PM
EHR: Altera SCM (training provided if unfamiliar)

Responsibilities:

Review and monitor patient medication therapy and provider orders.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Accurately prepare, label, and dispense medications.
Prepare sterile IV admixtures.
Provide drug information and education to caregivers, patients, and students.

Requirements:

Clear and active California Pharmacist License
Recent inpatient pharmacy experience
Strong communication and clinical skills
Flexibility to adapt in a travel assignment setting
