Job DescriptionGrill & Operations Intern
Join The Grill, our outdoor poolside snack bar, and gain hands-on experience in operations, leadership, and customer experience. This role focuses on overseeing daily Grill operations, supporting staff, and helping ensure smooth service for our members. You’ll work closely with leadership while learning key aspects of staffing, ordering, and process management in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing daily Grill operations and supporting the Grill team

Assisting with staff scheduling, coverage, and shift flow

Supporting ordering, inventory, and supply management

Helping maintain efficient processes and consistent service standards

Monitoring cleanliness and organization of Grill and pool deck areas

Serving as a point of support for staff questions and member needs

Learning operational systems that keep the Grill running smoothly
