Our growing law practice is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team! The Intake Specialist will screen incoming calls and leads for their viability to the Firm as new clients. This person will make callers feel welcomed and leave them feeling informed about our Firm’s services.
We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. If you have prior customer service or sales experience, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others, apply today!
Compensation:
$21 - $27 hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Speak with potential clients to determine if the right fit with our Firm, while listening to all callers with an empathetic manner
- Create Lead records in our CRM software and Lead Tracker spreadsheet
- Return calls to potential clients who reach out to our Firm to inquire about our services
- Stay on top of Leads
- Book consultations with qualified prospective clients
- Process payments
- Keep in constant communication with other Intake Specialists and team members to sync activities such as appointments and calls.
- Utilize time management skills
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to communicate with empathy
- Strong computer and data entry skills: Ability to input data while listening to callers
- Ability to prequalify new clients for sales intake
- CRM software, Zoom, and Google Suite experience
- Previous legal experience is highly valued
- College Degree is a plus
