The Role:
Lumistry is hiring a Project Manager to lead mission-critical projects for the company. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the project management lifecycle, including scoping, planning, executing, and reporting. From custom enterprise level software rollouts to SaaS platform product releases to internal efficiency and productivity enhancements, this role will support a variety of projects across all aspects of our business.

- Instinctively and proactively identify, evaluate, and resolve roadblocks and risks that impact project delivery

Responsibilities:
- Partner with company and team leadership to define the scope of projects
- Build, manage, and report on project plans, including activities, deliverables, and milestones
- Identify and manage gaps, frictions, and dependencies that introduce risk to the project plan
- Drive change management efforts where necessary to successfully deliver project outcomes
- Set, analyze, and report on project specific KPIs and the impact of projects on rocks and to-dos
- Coordinate, lead, and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Keep company and team leadership apprised of project status and outlook
- Serve as the single source of truth for project related documents – meeting minutes, KPIs, reporting
- Capture, document, and disseminate best practices and learnings derived from projects across the organization
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and other teams
- Be proficient in our productivity and collaboration tools, including Project Management software, CRM, Confluence, Jira, and more
- Support a culture of execution excellence across the organization
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in project management or similar role where you have led complex projects; preferably in the technology, SaaS, or healthcare industries
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, required
- Experience working with project management tools
- Experience working with productivity tools in the Microsoft or Google ecosystems
- Adaptable to dynamic environments, ambiguity, and uncertainty
- Track record of working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
- Clear and effective communication skills across all mediums – written, verbal, presentation – and audiences – peers, technical employees, company leadership, partners, and customers
- Experience resolving conflict, influencing, and negotiating
- Comfort making decisions under pressure / against deadlines
- Proven time management and prioritization skills
- Bias towards working collaboratively across teams
What Success Looks Like:
- On-Time Delivery: Projects consistently hit key milestones and are delivered within agreed timelines. Scope creep is minimized, and any changes are proactively communicated and controlled.
- Delivery Accountability- Owns Outcomes, Not Just Tasks: Projects are delivered on time, at the agreed quality level — with the PM accountable for overall results, not just coordination.
- Clear Communication and Conflict Resolution: Information flows seamlessly — stakeholders are informed, risks/issues are escalated promptly. The PM fosters trust, addresses roadblocks, & creates alignment among cross-functional teams.
- Strong Planning & Execution: Roadmaps, charters, and project plans are clear, practical, and adaptable. Risks and dependencies are identified early, with mitigation plans in place.
- Trusted Leader and Adaptability: Viewed as dependable, organized, and a problem-solver by peers and executives. Demonstrates resilience under pressure and adjusts plans to changing priorities without derailing progress.
- Influence Without Authority: Successfully drives outcomes by building consensus and motivating cross-functional teams.
