Tennessee Distilling Group, Ltd. is hiring a full‑time Blending Technician to join our first‑shift team in Columbia, TN. ARE YOU THE BLENDING TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift operation ability
- Ability follow blending instructions
- Strong reading comprehension
- Ability to use computer software for tracking and communication
- Strong decision‑making, teamwork, and time‑management skills

AVERAGE DAY AS A BLENDING TECHNICIAN
This position operates on a full‑time, first‑shift schedule.
In this role, you'll support daily distillery production by receiving spirits and ingredients, moving barrels and totes, using pumps to transfer liquids, measuring raw materials, and completing precise blend calculations. You will operate filtration equipment, follow blending orders, adjust proof levels, and prepare finished products for bottling. Your role will include maintaining a clean workspace, performing daily tank checks, and ensuring blends meet exact customer specifications from start to finish.
