~ 1 WEEK CONTRACT ~ We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team in Kirkland, Washington. This fully onsite position follows an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, and serves as the welcoming point of contact for employees, visitors, and business partners. The ideal candidate brings a hospitality-driven approach, strong attention to detail, and the skills needed to support front desk operations, workplace access, and a positive onsite experience.


Responsibilities:

• Welcome employees, guests, and vendors with a courteous and attentive presence while creating a positive first impression at the front desk.

• Manage visitor arrival procedures, including check-in activities, badge coordination, and communication with internal contacts.

• Support daily reception operations by answering inquiries, directing individuals appropriately, and maintaining an organized lobby environment.

• Assist with workplace access and security-related tasks to help ensure only authorized individuals enter designated areas.

• Monitor front-of-house activity and respond promptly to routine issues, questions, or service needs during business hours.

• Coordinate with onsite teams to help maintain smooth day-to-day office operations and a high standard of guest service.

• Uphold established safety, compliance, and screening-related procedures as required for the assignment.

• Maintain a consistent onsite presence for all five workdays during the 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.

• Handle administrative support tasks connected to reception services while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

• Previous experience in reception, front desk support, customer service, or a similar onsite office role.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented demeanor when interacting with employees, visitors, and external partners.
• Ability to work onsite in Kirkland, Washington for the full 1-week contract assignment, Monday through Friday.
• Comfortable managing visitor access, basic security protocols, and front desk operations in a detail-oriented setting.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to remain organized and composed while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to complete required background screening and drug testing in accordance with assignment guidelines.
