Pre-existing teams: Stop hunting for loads. Run dedicated lanes with 7,000+ weekly miles. $0.75 CPM / $4,400 team gross. No-touch freight. Join us.

Team Compensation:

Rate: $0.75 CPM (Split).

Individual Earnings: $2,000 – $2,200+ average weekly per driver.

Team Volume: Consistent 6,500 – 7,500 miles per week.

Payday: Direct Deposit every Friday—no holds.

Bonuses: Performance, Safety, and Clean Inspection incentives.

The Run & Freight:

Freight: 100% No-Touch, Drop & Hook (USPS/FedEx Dedicated).

Routes: Efficient lanes across all 48 states.

Schedule: Minimum 4-week OTR run before home time.

Travel: We cover your flight to orientation, hotel, and Uber.

The Equipment (Premium 2024 Volvo VNL860):

The Cabin: Spacious sleeper with booth seating, large fridge, microwave, and inverter.

Comfort: Heated leather seats and LED interior lighting.

Safety: Automatic transmission and front-end deer guards.

Team Requirements:

Must be a pre-existing team (We do not match solo drivers).

Experience: At least one driver must have 2+ years of verifiable CDL-A experience.

Compliance: Company-covered drug test required.
