Were looking for a high-performing Director of Operations to oversee operations for a quick-service, high-volume restaurant brand. If youre a hands-on, people-focused leader who thrives on building strong teams, delivering operational excellence, and growing a brandthis role is for you.
Youll lead multiple corporate and licensed units, drive performance, support new store openings, and ensure every location delivers speed, consistency, and an exceptional guest experience. With 80% travel, this is a field-first role where you'll be in the actioncoaching, solving, and leading from the front.

What Youll Do:
- Lead day-to-day operations across fast-paced, high-volume locations, ensuring brand standards and top-tier execution
- Train and develop general managers and high-potential team members
- Conduct regular audits and operational assessments, addressing gaps and elevating performance
- Support new restaurant openings, pop-up activations, and brand events
- Build strong relationships with licensees and local teams, offering operational guidance and support
- Analyze financial data to drive results in labor, food cost, and overall profitability
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of multi-unit or senior-level QSR/fast casual leadership
- Proven success in quick-service, high-volume environments
- Strong people leadership and training experience
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
- Willingness to travel up to 80%, including local and national trips
- Adaptability, grit, and a lead-by-example mentality
