We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Post-Production/Vinyl Production Expert to join our team and help us take our finishing department to the next level. Key Responsibilities:

Operate laminators, plotters, and trimmers to finish digital prints and vinyl graphics

Weed, mask, and prep vinyl for installation or shipping

Mount prints to various substrates (ACM, acrylic, PVC, etc.) using pressure-sensitive adhesives and laminates

Perform quality checks to ensure clean edges, proper alignment, and finished product excellence

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe post-production workspace

Package and label finished products for delivery or install

Assist in managing vinyl inventory and material usage

Collaborate with production and install teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of experience in a sign shop or similar production environment

Strong understanding of vinyl materials, adhesives, and mounting techniques
-
Comfortable using laminators, plotters, and various cutting tools

Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong time management and ability to hit deadlines

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Nice-to-Haves:
-
Experience with ShopVox or similar production software
-
Familiarity with HP latex printers or flatbed printers

Light installation experience (window vinyl, wall murals, etc.)
