We’re Hiring: Sales Manager | The Ozarker Lodge – Branson, MO
At The Ozarker Lodge, we’re bringing something new to Branson — a boutique hospitality experience inspired by the nostalgia of road trips, outdoor adventure, and evenings by the creek with friends.
Now we’re looking for a Sales Manager to help bring unforgettable group experiences to life.
This isn’t a traditional sales role. At The Ozarker, our Sales Manager is the architect of group experiences — building relationships, shaping memorable stays, and connecting travelers to everything that makes our property special.

What You’ll Do
• Drive group sales across segments including SMERF, social, sports teams, corporate, and organization travel
• Manage the full lifecycle of group bookings, from prospecting to contract to operational handoff
• Partner with revenue management to develop strategic pricing and sales plans
• Host site tours, client visits, and represent The Ozarker at events and tradeshows
• Build strong relationships with local attractions, businesses, and community partners
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring every group experience reflects the Ozarker’s spirit of fun, connection, and adventure
