Alpharetta Comprehensive Dentistry - Dental Assistant / Hygiene Assistant
Seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant / Hygiene Assistant to join our growing dental team. This is an immediate hire opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and is committed to providing excellent care.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assisting skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to support both doctor and hygiene schedules as needed.
Position: Dental Assistant / Hygiene Assistant
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of dental assisting experience required
- Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Strong chairside assisting skills
- Ability to take quality X-rays
- Experience with sterilization, room turnover, and infection control protocols
- Comfortable assisting with patient flow, seating patients, and preparing rooms
- Ability to support hygiene appointments
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Must be organized and able to multitask in a busy dental office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pediatric dental experience
- Bilingual
- Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting the doctor chairside during procedures
- Supporting hygiene appointments and helping maintain schedule flow
- Taking X-rays and preparing patients for treatment
- Sterilizing instruments and maintaining clean operatories
- Setting up and breaking down rooms
- Reviewing patient needs and helping create a positive patient experience
- Working closely with the clinical and front office team to keep the day running smoothly
Compensation:
- Hourly pay based on experience (21-23/hr)
- Full time benefits include medical, vision, dental, disability, uniform allowance, time off
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday 7:45-5:00
- Friday when needed 7:45-2:00
- No Weekends!
