Position: Associate Dentist - Private Practice
Location: Mount Carmel, IL
Employment Type: Full Time (4-5 days per week)
Salary: $200,000 - $350,000

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Carry out all fundamental dental procedures.
- Confidently create and implement quadrant-based treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with the lead doctor on implant cases.
- Operate independently with full autonomy, receiving support without micromanagement.
About the Practice:
This practice has been a cornerstone of the community for over 40 years and has a strong history of growth. Following a merger in 2023, we now operate from a modern, technology-driven facility with eight operatories and over 4,000 active patients. We consistently welcome more than 27 new patients each month and are projected to exceed $2M in collections this year. Our environment is designed for efficiency, allowing you to have your own dedicated space, including two operatories, a lab, and sterilization area, along with shared hygienists. You will have the autonomy to treat patients independently while also having access to mentorship when needed. You will collaborate with a doctor who understands the needs of both new and experienced dentists, committed to fostering confidence through hands-on support.
