Pride Health is Hiring for the Certified sterile Processing Tech position for Houston, TX location.
- Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CST) – Local Contract
- Location: Houston, TX
- Shift: 8-hour shifts Mon to Fri
- Pay - $21 to $23/hr on W2
Responsibilities
- Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments per AAMI ST79 and AORN guidelines
- Operate washer/decontaminators, autoclaves, STERIS units, ultrasonic cleaners, etc.
- Maintain accurate sterilization records and regulatory compliance
- Monitor inventory and coordinate instrument repairs/replacements
- Collaborate with surgical team and Materials Management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Graduate of accredited Sterile Processing program
- CSPD Certification (Required)
- AHA BLS Certification
- Strong knowledge of AAMI & AORN standard
